Shipping policy

Please ensure you enter your delivery zip code during check out and refresh your browser if need be in order to make sure UPS' real time rate displays properly with your options. 


Orders are shipped from our packaging facility in Philadelphia on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to ensure that items arrive promptly at their destination prior to week end.  Exceptions to these ship dates due to holidays or business closings will be made known.  

Orders will ship via the customer preference selected (i.e. UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, etc.)  However, due to lead time requirements for prep and baking; orders are not guaranteed to ship next business day.  If you have a delivery date preference, please ensure you select it based on the delivery dates available when prompted during checkout. 
For rush orders and special requests such as Saturday delivery, please call customer service at 800-424-2034 to ensure your requests can be met. 

Remember, soft pretzels are shipped fresh and are PERISHABLE.  Please open Immediately upon receipt and consume promptly or freeze product for later enjoyment.  Failure to follow these guidelines can lead to product spoilage, upon which will not be held liable.  All products delivered in a timely manner will be assumed delivered fresh and of acceptable quality. For gift orders please ensure intended recipients are made aware of package deliveries. 

All packaging is marked "Perishable, Open Immediately."
